Do you use bots or macros?
No! We do not use any bots, macros or any other third parties in-game behavior that is forbidden to perform our services. This ensures your character is leveled the safest way as possible as we do.
Will you use my character to PK (player-kill) or KS (kill-steal)?
No! We will never involve your character in PKing, KSing, farming or any other behavior that is frowned upon.
What do you do if someone sends a tell to my character?
Normally, we will respond DND when another player sends you a tell, however if a GM sends you a tell we will say hello to him or her. We can respond in any way you like though. If you need any specific responses, please let us know. We will do with your requests.
Do I keep the money & items gained while you train my character?
Of course! You retain all gold and loots during the power leveling. In additional, you will typically gain good equipments and substantial game money. We will sell some useless items (like gray and bad green items) to vendors, put good ones(like rare or epic or good green gears)in bank.
After I pay, When do you start to level?
Normally, we start leveling within 30 minutes after received your order. Sometimes all our levelers may occupied and it may delays your process. We`ll inform you at once under the circumstances. But, the most important is we have been completed orders on time.
What security precautions are taken to protect my personal information?
We take your privacy extremely confidential. We have systems in place to screen every order and protect who has the given orders information. Information given to us is never disclosed to any third parties but only the leveler who need it to complete your order. Once your order is completed, please do change your password.

What information should I include with my payment?
You must include your character's name, server and faction to avoid unnecessary delays. We will not be able to deliver anything without your character's name.
How long does it take for me to get the gold after I have made the payment?
Most orders will be delivered as soon as possible. Some orders maybe require extra verification which might cause a delay. If we need extra information from you, we will ask. If you have not heard from us within 2 hours of the time you placed your order, please contact us. Our staff processing orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. For payments other than Paypal / Credit cards, we will only process your orders when payment clears.
How are you going to transfer the gold I bought to my character?
Gold you ordered will be transfered to your character via in-game mailing system. Gold will arrive at your mailbox almost instantly .
